Description

George, a young girl living in Atlanta, discovers a small, shimmering door hidden among the vines on the fence in her backyard. Despite her mother suggesting it might be an old decoration for garden gnomes, George is convinced the door holds magical secrets. Over several days, she tries multiple ways to open the door, including using a flashlight, a wooden stick, and knocking, but the door remains closed. George is determined not to give up, even when her attempts yield no result. She continues to dream about what could be behind the door and plans to make her own key to try and open it.
