Description

Marc, a new resident of New York City, is excited and nervous about his first soccer game with his new team, the Manhattan Lions. In his first game, he befriends a fellow new player named Leo, and they work well together on the field. During the match, a dog named Max interrupts the game causing laughter and easing Marc’s nerves. With Marc’s and Leo’s teamwork, they win the game. After the match, a player from the Purple Panthers, a formidable team from the other side of the town, challenges the Manhattan Lions to a game. Marc accepts, excited about the new challenge. But as he leaves the field, he finds a mysterious note warning him that “not all is as it seems,” adding a layer of intrigue to the upcoming match.
