Description

Beth and her friend Sam plan to tell a story on Congress Bridge, but their plan is interrupted when they hear a cry for help from the river below. Beth bravely jumps into the river and saves a young girl who was clinging to a piece of driftwood. After the girl is rescued, Beth and Sam hear another cry for help, this time from the woods. They find an abandoned baby and rush it to the hospital. The baby is healthy, but the police are involved due to the mysterious circumstances. A worn envelope containing a cryptic note suggests that the events of the night are far more complex than Beth and Sam initially thought. They resolve to help uncover the truth, ready to face whatever lies ahead.
