Eight-year-old Jonas is given a task by his teacher to find something new and special about his hometown, San Antonio. Along with his friend Millie, they discover an elderly man named Santiago who plays beautiful music that tells the story of their town. Santiago gives Jonas a whistle as a token of their meeting. Later, they encounter a raccoon with a shiny object that leads them to an old fountain filled with various trinkets, including a unique key. This key unlocks a hidden chest in an antique shop containing a journal with a map to a treasure. Now, Jonas and Millie are ready to embark on a new adventure to find this treasure, learning that the heart of San Antonio lies in its stories and its people.
